Welcome to Cloud ERP (https://cloud-erp.mukeshlpm.com), referred to in this policy as “Cloud ERP”, “the Website”, “we”, “us” or “our”. Protecting the privacy of our visitors is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Website, how we use it, which third parties (including Google) may collect information through the Website, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where the law requires your consent (for example, for advertising and analytics cookies for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we will ask for it through a consent message before such cookies are used. This policy should be read together with our Cookie Policy, Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.
1. Who We Are
Cloud ERP is an independent informational website that publishes articles, guides and comparisons on cloud ERP software, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, hospital and healthcare management software, and related business topics. The Website is owned and operated by Mukesh LPM from India. For any privacy-related question, you can reach us at mukeshlpm3@gmail.com.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this Website. It does not apply to information collected offline, through other websites (including other websites operated under the mukeshlpm.com domain) or through any third-party website or service that we link to.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide to us
- When you contact us: if you email us, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message, any attachments and any other information you choose to share.
- When you comment: if comments are enabled and you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address and website (optional) you enter, the comment text, your IP address and your browser user-agent string to help with spam detection.
We do not require you to create an account to read the Website, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account numbers, health records, government ID numbers or biometric data). Please do not send us such information.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, certain information is collected automatically by our servers and by the third-party services described below. This may include:
- IP address (which may indicate your approximate location);
- browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen resolution;
- referring and exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, date and time of visit and clicks;
- cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers and similar online identifiers;
- interactions with advertisements (for example, ad impressions and ad clicks).
3.3 Log files
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log files. These logs include IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring/exit pages and the number of requests. Log files are used for security, troubleshooting, preventing abuse and understanding overall site usage. They are retained only for a limited period.
4. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website;
- To understand how visitors use the Website, which content is useful and how to improve it (analytics);
- To display advertisements that help keep the Website free to read, and to measure their performance;
- To respond to your emails, questions, feedback and correction requests;
- To moderate comments and protect the Website against spam, fraud, invalid traffic and security threats;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors): we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies, personalised advertising and analytics; on our legitimate interests for running, securing and improving the Website and responding to messages; and on legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information under applicable law. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).
5. Advertising: Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager
The Website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager, and may also display ads from other advertising partners and demand sources that work through Google Ad Manager. In this connection:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this Website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Website and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to deliver ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud. They may receive your IP address and device information automatically when this occurs.
- We do not control the cookies used by third-party advertisers, and we do not have access to the data they collect.
Your advertising choices:
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s My Ad Center / Ads Settings.
- You may opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices (USA), Network Advertising Initiative, or www.youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
- Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and Google’s advertising policies.
If you opt out of personalised ads, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant (non-personalised or contextual ads based on the page content, general location and similar signals).
6. Analytics: Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser information, and traffic sources. This information is reported to us in aggregated form and helps us improve our content.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses for users in the EU. We do not use Google Analytics to collect information that personally identifies you, and we do not combine analytics data with personally identifiable information. Data may be processed by Google on servers outside your country. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Consent for Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use Google’s consent management platform (Google Privacy & messaging), a Google-certified CMP registered with the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) v2.2. When you first visit the Website from these regions, a consent message is displayed before any advertising or analytics cookies are used for purposes that require consent.
- Purposes and vendors: the consent message lists the purposes (for example, storing and/or accessing information on a device, personalised advertising, ad measurement, content measurement and audience research) and the advertising vendors, including Google and other partners registered in the IAB Global Vendor List, that we work with through Google Ad Manager and Google AdSense.
- TC string: your choices are recorded in a standard IAB “Transparency and Consent (TC) string” stored in a cookie on your device (for example, FCCDCF/FCNEC) and passed with every ad request, so that Google and its partners only process your data in line with your choices.
- Google Consent Mode v2: your choices are also passed to Google Analytics and Google advertising services through Consent Mode. If you decline, only non-personalised or limited ads are served, and analytics cookies are not set.
- Legitimate interest: some vendors may rely on legitimate interest for certain purposes; you can object to this at any time through the consent message.
- Google’s EU user consent policy: our consent practices follow Google’s EU User Consent Policy. You can read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Visitors in U.S. states with privacy laws may also see a Google opt-out message (“Do not sell or share my personal information”), where required.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Privacy & Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page (or the privacy button shown by the consent message), or by clearing cookies in your browser, after which the consent message will be shown again.
8. Cookies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, performance and caching, analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Website may not work properly as a result. For full details about the types of cookies used and how to control them, please read our Cookie Policy.
9. Comments and Embedded Content
If comments are open, an anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. Approved comments, together with your name, are publicly visible.
Articles may include embedded content (for example, videos, images or social media posts). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website, and that website may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with the embedded content.
10. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in the following situations:
- Service providers: our web hosting, caching, security and email providers, who process data on our behalf to run the Website;
- Advertising and analytics partners: Google (AdSense, Ad Manager, Analytics) and other ad partners collect information directly through cookies and similar technologies, as described above;
- Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, users or the public from fraud, abuse or harm;
- Business transfer: if the Website is sold or transferred, visitor information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Under some U.S. state privacy laws, allowing advertising cookies for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 12.
11. Data Retention, Security and International Transfers
- Retention: emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping; comments and their metadata are kept while the comment is published; server logs are kept for a limited period; Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our Analytics account (not more than 14 months for user-level data).
- Security: we use HTTPS encryption, security monitoring and reasonable technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure.
- International transfers: our hosting and third-party providers such as Google may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and India. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
- EEA/UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California and other U.S. states (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): the right to know what personal information is collected, to access and delete it, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law.
- India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, the right to correction and erasure, the right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at mukeshlpm3@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days. Because most advertising and analytics data is collected directly by Google, you may also exercise rights directly with Google through your Google Account or My Ad Center.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Website is intended for a general business and professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA, or under 18 in India without verifiable parental consent). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
14. Third-Party Links
Our articles may contain links to software vendors, official documentation and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
